PATIENT RIGHTS

    Everyone has the right to benefit from activities promoting healthy living and preventive health services within the framework of justice and equity principles.
  2. Access to Services with Equality:
    Everyone has the right to receive services regardless of race, language, religion, sect, gender, political opinion, philosophical belief, economic or social status.
  3. Right to Information:
    Everyone has the right to learn what services and facilities are available.
  4. Choice and Change of Institution:
    Everyone has the right to choose the healthcare institution and to benefit from the healthcare services provided at the chosen institution.
  5. Right to Know, Choose, and Change Personnel:
    Everyone has the right to know the identity, duties, and titles of the physicians and other healthcare personnel providing services, as well as to choose or change them.
  6. Right to Request Information:
    Everyone has the right to request any information regarding their health condition both verbally and in writing.
  7. Privacy:
    Everyone has the right to receive healthcare services in an environment that ensures confidentiality.
  8. Consent and Permission:
    Everyone has the right to give consent for medical interventions and to benefit from services within the scope of their consent.
  9. Refusal and Discontinuation:
    Everyone has the right to refuse treatment or request its discontinuation.
  10. Safety:

  15. Companionship:
    Everyone has the right to request a companion within the scope of regulations, institutional facilities, and if approved by the physician.

    Patients must respect the rights and privacy of other patients.
  5. Responsibility to Keep Health Information Updated
    Patients must provide healthcare providers with updated information about their medical history and current condition.

    Patients are responsible for fulfilling the financial obligations of the healthcare services they receive.
  7. Responsibility to Cooperate
    Patients should cooperate with healthcare professionals and contribute to the treatment process.
