I had come for an examination with Dr. Mehmet Emin Soysal, and due to the seriousness of my condition, I was taken into surgery. I cannot even find the words to describe how beautifully the operation process was managed. From Dr. Mehmet’s secretary Tuğba Hanım to the doctors and nurses in the operating room, I am endlessly grateful for their care and compassion. During the post-surgery recovery, I especially thank Nurse Nur Özdemircan and patient services staff member Nilüfer Hanım for their support as soon as I opened my eyes. My heartfelt thanks also go to our dear nurses Özlem and İlknur, as well as the kind-hearted patient services staff Songül Hanım. The entire team is made up of wonderful people.
