Uzm. Dr. Alperen Emre AKGÜN

He was born in 1987 in Izmir. After completing his primary, secondary, and high school education in Denizli, he graduated from Süleyman Demirel University in 2011. In the same year, he worked as a General Practitioner at Çivril State Hospital. He started his Cardiology residency at Pamukkale University in 2015 and completed it in 2021. Between 2021-2023, he worked as a Cardiologist at Uşak Training and Research Hospital. Since 2023, he has been serving at Egekent Hospital.

His specialty thesis received the **Best Cardiopulmonary Vascular System Research Award** from the Turkish Society of Cardiology in 2019. He has attended many national and international congresses. He received training in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and performed these procedures at Uşak Training and Research Hospital.

He is married with four children and speaks English fluently.
