A FIRE DRILL AT PRIVATE EGEKENT HOSPITAL IN DENIZLI, ORGANIZED BY THE DISASTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY (AFAD) TEAM, FELT JUST LIKE THE REAL THING.
A seminar was held for hospital staff on earthquakes and fire safety. In the Disaster Awareness Training, staff were informed about the measures to be taken during a possible disaster and how to respond effectively. Afterwards, a practical demonstration was conducted on how to evacuate patients from the building in the shortest and safest way during a fire, and how to make the first intervention against flames using a fire extinguisher.
