• In accordance with patient privacy, no information about our patients is given over the telephone.
• For your patient's health and in accordance with legal regulations, smoking is prohibited inside the hospital building, in the patient rooms and on the hospital grounds.
• For the sake of your patient's health, please do not bring food or drink from outside. Your patient's complete food and beverage plan is communicated to our hospital kitchen by your physician.
• In an emergency or a disaster, please do not use the lifts to leave the building. Follow the directional signs and use the emergency exit stairs located at the end of the corridor you are in.
• You may share any complaints, thanks and suggestions regarding our hospital and our staff with our Patient Rights Unit (extension: 1433).

• Breakfast: between 06:00 and 07:00
• Lunch: between 11:30 and 12:30
• Dinner: served between 17:00 and 18:00.

• Diet meals and snacks are supervised by the dietitian and the ward nurse in line with the specialist physician's instructions.
• For routine and stable patients, physicians carry out ward rounds twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.
• Patients must not leave the ward without informing the ward nurse.
• Your patient must hand over any medication brought from home to the ward nurse.

• Visiting hours on the inpatient wards (excluding the Intensive Care Units) are between 09:00 and 22:00.
• Please do not speak loudly in the patient rooms or in the corridors, so that your patient and the patients in other rooms are able to rest.
• For the sake of your patient's respiratory health, please do not bring fresh flowers when visiting.
• Visitors are kindly asked to leave the room during the physicians' ward rounds.
• For their own health, we recommend that children aged 0-6 are not brought along on patient visits.

• When you come to visit any Intensive Care Unit (ICU), simply ring the bell at the door.
• When entering the Intensive Care Unit, please follow the instructions of our staff and use the personal protective equipment provided to you; this is important for both your health and your patient's health.
• Visits are limited to 1 person and 10 minutes, and always take place under the supervision of a nurse.

In the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, visits by anyone other than the mother and father are strictly not permitted.

• Mothers may see their babies at 10:00 in the morning and at 21:00 in the evening.
• Fathers may come in and see their baby once a day, at 21:00 in the evening, after the mothers have left.

Patient visits take place every day between 13:30 and 14:30. They are limited to 1 person and a maximum of 5 minutes.

• Coronary Intensive Care: midday 11:30 — evening 17:00 (every day)

There are no routine patient visits in the Cardiovascular Surgery Intensive Care Unit. Where necessary, however, and with the permission of the physician, one relative — with first-degree relatives given priority — may be allowed to visit once during the day.
