Patient Rights and Responsibilities

At Private Egekent Hospital, we consider it our priority that every individual to whom we provide healthcare is treated in a safe and respectful environment, in a manner befitting fundamental human dignity. Below are the rights that each of our patients holds within the framework of the Patient Rights Regulation of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health, together with the responsibilities they are expected to observe so that the treatment process proceeds smoothly.

Patient rights are the universal and legally guaranteed fundamental rights that patients hold while making use of healthcare services. Our hospital adopts the full observance of these rights as an institutional principle. Just as our patients have rights, the responsibilities they must undertake for the success of the treatment process are also an inseparable part of this process.
