Biography

Op. Dr. İbrahim Ekiz

Born in Denizli in 1979. After graduating from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine (1996–2003), they received their general surgery training at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital between 2005–2013.

Between 2013–2022 they worked as a general surgery specialist at Denizli State Hospital. They are a member of the Turkish Surgical Society, the Turkish Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery, the National Society of Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgery, the Society of Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery, the Hepatobiliary Surgery Society, the Ankara Surgical Society, IFSO (International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders), and ELSA (The Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgeons of Asia).
